Loose damper lever weights

Hi Clyde,

Quick fix 1

Raise the damper stop rail as far as it will go and tighten just one
screw to hold it there.

Raise three dampers on either side of the bad weight so you have room to
work. Move the weight out about half way and lay a bead of CA glue
along the out surface of the lead then push it into place and wipe off
any excess CA. DO the same of r the other loose ones then put it all
back together again.

Quick fix 2

Take a small thing, ball bearing, BB, small screw, whatever, and CA it
to a pair of gas pliers. Raise the other dampers as before and use the
pliers to swage the leads until they hold.

If you take the screws out you will need a screw holder to get them
back. The supply houses sell on that is long, the end pushes in and the
other end four hooks come out to hold the screw head. Get the screw
started then remove the holder and finish tightening with a screw
drive. You can turn the holder to get the screw started.

Have fun!
