D.W. Karn information

There are 3 pages of info on the D.W. Karn Co. in the book,
"Downright Upright" (A History of the Canadian Piano Industry). 
Pages 68-71. Several other illustrations in the book as well, of 
their ad cards and decals. They did have a branch in Hamburg, 
Germany which might explain why one turned up there in an 
antique store. The book was published in 1991 by Hatural
