mushy Steinway rails

Greetings -

Seems to be my month for Steinway rail problems... Ran into a circa 1900
Steinway upright "spinetized" (ouch) that has the mushiest hammer/damper
brass rail I have yet encountered. Attempts at even slight tightening of
one flange causes the adjacent hammers/dampers to collapse in towards it.

Anyone know who does duplication of these rails, and what is the
approximate cost, turnaround, and inherent pitfalls/difficulties?

thanks...
