Stubborn bushings

I just did that last nite. Persistence was working, but when I got the heat
up a bit they about fell out. Set the iron on a damp cloth strip, right over
the bushing and leave it for 30 secs or when hot . pull off and work fast.
The white glue is alot tougher to remove. What a pain. But ever since Dale
Erwin elevated my shop status to that of "Kimball expert" I don't mind
working those extra hours to make sure the job is done right. This Kimball
is in rare shape. The plastic keytops have yellowed to perfection. A more
even set of nicotine yellow could not be found. Inform the interior
decorator!
