Choosing the pianos

Clyde, I hate to say it, but Jon is right (God I hate saying that!)..There's
quite a few people in my database I simply don't call anymore. Occasioanlly,
they'll call me, but I'm not seeking them out like I was 3 years ago. My
situation is probably a little different than yours, in that I keep getting
referrals and Warranty work from 2 local dealers, so I see alot of new
pianos(or not bad used pianos). Between 30 and 40% of them tune within the
recommended 6 month period, and all the while, I AM making calls to the
customers I prefer to tune for.
