Hi William,

Even 2 cents is a large change for a concert tuning.

I consider 4 cents acceptable for homes--but only if there is no note that
exceeds that limit.

It is very possible under very harsh conditions to control humidity the the
level that a pitch change of 1.6 cents per year is the norm. I encourage
all my clients to do so.
