Greg, Because it's all new territory. I speak for myself, this was a bold step for our family to make. Quite honestly this is all new to me and I'll feel more comfortable once we go through a few claims and get the hang of it. But on the books, you are right, why aren't more taking advantage of this option. I will look into Golden Rule.
