Wim,

My point was that it was not me who was complaining and the member who
dislikes the words, "Madison's Best" declined to initiate any grievance
procedures. The same person who calls himself the "best" also advertises
"Steinway Factory Trained" and "Yamaha Certified". Many people have gone to
these one week factory seminars and have been explicitly told that this does
not entitle them to advertise in this way. When I brought this to the
offender's attention, he replied, "Then it would seem that this would be an
issue between me and those manufacturers".

Clearly, this member chooses to see how far he can push his unethical
advertising and get away with it. He's advertised that way for many years
but no one has sought to file a complaint. There is the problem of having to
live together and work together in the community. This offender gains
nothing by advertising this way. The member who dislikes the advertising is
in a position to use the offender's services and would probably have granted
tens of thousands, perhaps into the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth by
now but instead chooses not to do any business with him at all.
