Charging for Pitch Raises

Problem with "tuning it where it stands", is that RARELY if EVER is a piano 
the same level of flatness from top to bottom. So some areas of the piano 
WILL need to be raised to while other sections may need to be lowered. So in 
essence, you are STILL doing a pitch raise/adjustment. I simply charge 1/2 
my tuning fee if a PR is indicated, and that's that. Never a problem or 
objection from my customers; I explain and they understand.
