Shop Lights

I need some quick advise on shop lights.  I am meeting with my
electrical engineer tomorrow.

Someone on the list mentioned a while back about a new type of
fluorescent fixture that puts out a full spectrum band similar to
natural light.  These were also brighter than normal tubes and used less
electricity.  I would like to know more about these if possible before
my meeting tomorrow.  A specific brand and model would be especially
helpful.

This is a huge shop with 10 foot ceilings and open trusses.  With this
kind of volume it will cost a fortune to heat and cool so any
opportunity to install bright and energy efficient lighting with a
natural spectrum is clearly a plus.
