I don't know about the bulbs, but I do know a bit about the fixture. Get the electronic ballast and the commercial grade. If you go to a place like Home Depot, they will have fixtures labeled residential and similar fixtures labeld commercial. There is a huge difference. The commercial are twice as bright with the same bulb in there. The electronic ballast are instant start.
