And if the tuner purposely choses a HT that is about as mild as the Reverse-WT the customer might otherwise get, then that's really no different, right? And then you could say that really a slightly less mild HT is far better than the mild Reverse-WT the customer would get otherwise, so that would be OK to use without the customer's consent, too. So, the question (of tuning HT without consent) might be answered by determining whether Bill's EBVT is much stronger of a HT than a typical Reverse-WT is. What do you think? Charles
