    (This thread again.)  It's up to the dealer.  It used to be universal,
but not all dealers are required by Yamaha to offer this service anymore, as
I understand it.  The Yamaha dealer here in Denver will provide it if the
customer requests it, but I'm not sure they offer the service bond as part
of the service included in the sale.  --David Nereson, RPT, Denver
