Resources?

Hi Joe,
How about cost.
I know, that long distance calls, are substantially, cheaper, than the
old days. But e-mail is for all intents and purposes free, since you
have the air time anyway, in a plan.
That would then mean that the Archives should be used more, and that
questions should just be asked to elaborate on the answers there?
Is that what you mean?
