I usually just ask the customer to run a clean rag under the hot water faucet and wring out. With that and a dry rag I can usually clean up ivories. Sometimes a small drop of dish soap can be added for really filthy ivories. Plastic doesn't get as dirty as ivory... I have some Cory key cleaner that works well for plastic but I'm not sure what it is made from...anyone? Fantastic is probably much cheaper!
