Hygrometer

My info is that wood moisture content meters are not good for the low =
moisture contents commonly targeted in board drying. And the cheap =
hygrometers commonly available have a best accuracy of about +5% =
relative humidity - which translates to a moisture content accuracy of =
about +7% (I don't think that is good enough).
