Alcohol 50%-50% advice

Terry,
I would like to correct the sequence for alcohol/distilled water. Yes, IMHO,
it should be 50/50, but put it on BEFORE surfacing the hammers, not after.
If you do it after, you'll have to surface again so that the hammers strike
the strings uniformly.
