The best way is with  spiral fluted router.  You have to build a jig =
that guides the key over the router which is held in plate on a router =
table.  I think Bill Spurlock wrote either one or a series of articles =
in the PTJ a few years back in which he diagrammed the jig.  The guild =
office also may have a collection of reprints on "Keys" that includes =
those articles.
