Ric,
This might be a good piano to turn into a non-player.

Unless you want to replace all those plastic valve blocks as well and
then fight with the tubing to feed it through the keybed.

Unless you have a customer with very deep pockets, or more ambition than
sense, or just an awful lot of time on your hands...

It will be time consuming enough to get it functioning as a piano without
the aggravation of the 'disposable' player action.
