Baldwin L Buzz

Baldwins have washers under the plate rim bolts.  If one o those bolts
is just loose enough they will buzz.  I touched one once that moved just
slightly and I said, "Ah-HA".  Tightened the bolt and buzz gone.

ALso check to see if sostenuto screws are tight, some have washers.
