Hi Ric,
It's a considerable factor, and the rate of MC change in wood at any given
moment depends on all sorts of things. For instance, the greater the
difference between the MC in the wood and that in the air, the greater the
rate of change of MC in the wood. All a chart can do for you is indicate
where the relative relationships between temperature, RH%, and MC should
end up if eventually. It's only an indicator, not a measuring device.
