tune lab and lap tops

Although I don't tune much, I'm thinking of getting a cheap laptop and
trying tune lab.

Anyone know about the IBM  think pad  365xd.  I haven't seen it yet but its
$200.  All I know yet is it's a p133 with windows 98.

Is that sufficient for tune lab??
