Tom,

Yes, what you did will give the desired reslt, but only for the specific
notes where you entered the modified offsets.  There is an easier way.  I
think this is explained in some detail in the manual, but the short version
is:

Create a temperament file by opening the "User Temperaments" file and
entering the offsets into one octave (any octave) of a blank chart.

Apply that temperament to a tuning file, after you've sampled your A's and
calculated, by going to the "Tools" menu and clicking on "User
Temperaments".  This will apply the offsets to all 88 notes.
