Bob, Susan, Thanks, Friday I'm going back to tune and repair and I'll give her the list of options and prices. I'll have a couple of dowels with me because I suspect that will be the option she goes for but clients never cease to amaze me. I called Marcia to see if you would do the move on this Kimball grand. I really need a list of people in this area who can move pianos. Good or bad. Sometimes you have to baby-sit. Susan, I haven't seen this one yet. The woman told me all notes played and had good even volume, so over the phone I told her it was a good deal for $950. Needs refinishing. If it doesn't fit in her living room, it's available. What do you think, is $950 good? What can I get for it fixed up? Eventually I'll see it and let you know what the scale looks like.
