Actually, Broadwood's Best IS in the Cybertuner.  After sampling the piano in 
the Chameleon screen, hit Calculate and a chart of numbers will appear.  In 
one of the menus on top (Tools, maybe?) you'll find Historical Temperaments.  
Open that up and highlight Broadwood's Best with your cursor and hit Convert. 
 Voile!  Open up CyberEar and your tuning will be Broadwood's Best.  (Also 
one of my favorites.)

If you have POCKET RCT then you're right.  There are no historical 
temperaments in POCKET RCT.  Yet.
