David, Works great. It should have made my tool kit 7 lbs lighter to swap the iPaq for the laptop; instead it gave me space to put another 10 lbs of tools in the kit. I modified the case that came with the iPaq to allow the cover to fold around to the back and secure with velcro. This provides a thick cushioned support for the iPaq, which then gets set on the keys or cheekblock to my left as I'm tuning. Bigger screen isn't at the top of my priorities; longer-life battery is. regards, Mike Spalding, RPT ----- Original Message ----- From: David Ilvedson <ilvey@sbcglobal.net> To: <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Monday, July 01, 2002 11:44 AM Subject: Re: other temperments > Speaking of Pocket PC...how is it working for those of you using it? As I am a downsizing fool, I fantasize carrying my tuner in my pocket. I use a Palm Pilot now and carry it with me everywhere. Where do you put the think on the piano when tuning? I think Bill Spurlock has a holder of some type? Do you wish you had a bigger screen? > > David I. > > > ----- Original message ----------------------------------------> > From: <Tvak@AOL.COM> > To: <pianotech@ptg.org> > Received: Mon, 1 Jul 2002 07:55:40 EDT > Subject: Re: other temperments > > > >In a message dated 6/30/02 6:09:31 PM, HazenBannister@cs.com writes: > > ><< I would like some help, maybe programming one of these in my > >machine,as they are not in it yet, >> > > >Actually, Broadwood's Best IS in the Cybertuner.
