Hmm,   12 times 13.7 = 164.4
Werckmeister total    =  165
Kirnberger                 =   160   ETc..  

   The numbers on my chart are rounded off,  all of those 21 cents thirds are 
representing the syntonic comma, which is actually 21.5.  

    That make any more sense of it?
