Had to replace a bass string in a Yamaha console the day before the 
convention started, so I brought the string with me to the Schaff booth and 
asked politely if they could do me a favor:  take the string back to the shop 
with them at the end of the day and bring back a duplicate.  And they said, 
"Sure."  The next day, my new string was there.  (There were no extra charges 
for "shipping" or "transportation", either.)

You gotta admit, they do take care of ya.
