What I was wondering is,what is perfect pitch
related to? Is it equal temperament,or some other
temperament.

    Yes and no.

Perfect pitch is related to whatever a person has
been exposed and trained to. Perfect pitch is
extrodinary memory for these pitches as a person has
become accustomed to hearing and expecting them to
sound.
A person in the Berlin Orchestra with PP would
anticipate an A at 445, and a person with PP in
Chicago
symphony would anticipate to hear an A at 440, based
on there exceptional memory for whatever sounds they
have been exposed to and trained to hear over time.
