I think, probably not.=20

The home office staff do a great job with the mechanics of the =
convention. And the Institute Committee does a great job with the =
technical institute within the constraints of their commission. I view =
it more as a matter of guidance and vision coming from the Executive =
Board. Where do we want the institute to go and who do we want it to =
serve? With that decided, how are we going to get there?=20
