Cyber Ear question

Hi folks

Any reason why Cyber Ear should cause my laptop to heat up and force the
cooling fan to start, while Tunelab doesnt ? I just cranked up my new updated
3.5 Cyber Ear on my almost brand new Lifebook P by Fujitsu. Been using Tunelab
for a while and it runs quiet as can be... but turn on Cyber Ear and it gets
warm and starts making all kinds of noise trying to keep cool. 

What gives ?
