Hello,

    I have a G3 Lombard notebook, it too sometimes heats up too much.

    I have found with the extensions disabled RCT runs more efficiently and
with much less heat.

    By pressing the shift key when booting up the extensions are disabled.
I don't know how this translates to Windows machines, maybe Dean does.
