Newton makes 2 points here that seem to lead one conclusion.

Point 1:

Point 2:
| There is a stupendous history of articles in back issues

Conclusion:
Why not reprint these old articles in new issues?
How many people have copies of old issues going back to 1947? Not many
i would guess. Certainly not many of us who were born after 1947!
