Hi Hazen,

I have tried burlap before, but don't happen to
have any at the moment.

I've been using a water based grain filler and I
don't like it at all. I've tried the recommended
application techniques of both the manufacturer
and the seller and still don't like the results.

What kind of grain filler are you using? And if
you don't mind me asking, do you use the same
type of filler for both a natural wood finish or
an ebony finish?

Thanks,

Brian T.
