Tuning Complaint - Help!

No, I didn't say anything to her about temperament. The three week old tuning that was 40 cents flat, also had octaves that differed by up to 20 cents! What kind of temperament was that?!?!?!?!

The Moore temperament is very mild. Only small deviation from equal. Equal temperament on a piano like this would be a big deviation from anything on a real piano. This was her son's piano. Maybe she just sold her Fazioli and is expecting the Whitney to sound like that?
