This has reminded me of visiting a lady many years ago with my teacher. She was definitely in her latter years, and i remember being amazed at how much stretch he put in the treble of her old piano. Much much more than he would usually use. So after all these years, now i know why! Would this help do you think? To tune the treble much sharper than normal? Scott
