For me, the PTG convention is by far the most important event every year. I plan everything around it. I don't plan to change jobs or move again, at least not until I am ready for a nursing home. The PTG convention is chiseled is stone. Nothing else will make me miss it, except an emergency, like my wife or one of my sons dying. If my unmarried son decided to have his wedding during that week, I would try like hell to get him to change it. By the same token, he knows me well enough that he wouldn't even plan his wedding at that time, because he knows how important the convention is for me. The convention is much more than a learning experience. For me it has become about 75% social and 25% educational. The education I gain is enough to justify the expense. And you can't put a price tag on being with your friends, and making new ones. Just think, without PTG, I wouldn't have gotten to know you. That's worth the price of admission all by itself. :) Have I rephrased that enough? Wim ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
