Hi John.
Mine is less than 100 feet Or 30- meters
That is if it is programed into the system.
Found my way back home yesterday by using the zoom factor to make the =
map larger and head in the direction that I needed to go until the unit =
picked up information that it needed then auto pilot home<G>
I do not know what features are on the one that you mention.
Mine will work from addresses, phone numbers , citys, places, gas, food =
etc.

  Hi Joe,
I was wondering about those navigational devices.
I saw in a circular a GPS device. It was fairly expensive, (to me), =
$370Cdn.($240US). Do you need to relate them to a map, or are the maps =
programmed in? I mean, do they indicate your position, as per road =
position. Down to within, what?
  Thank you, in advance.
  Regards.

      Hi Hazen,
I got the loaded one too.
Trailer towing package. 3.8L engine etc.
Didn't get the leather. If you go too luxurious, the tax man =
doesn't like it. (As in he may not allow, your full claim)
This is my 4th. minivan, it is almost a requirement, to get all my =
stuff in, and still leave enough room, for a grand action, or a player =
upper or lower assembly. Also when I go 1-2hrs from home, I don't want =
to have the part or tool back in the shop.
So I guess the distance you travel, determines the vehicle you =
need.
I clear everything out and put a cot in, and with my plug in =
cooler, I can travel to conventions economically. Although, now that I =
am older, the roughing it days may be over. The cooler, has a =
transformer, so I take it up to the hotel room, keeps the beer, Pepsi =
and cold meat for sandwiches cool. Saves a few $, to keep expenses down.
      Regards,
