Well, not with this lady. She simply focused on "you changed something". To her it seemed, high meant brassy. Good heavens, I even tried to sing (YIKES!) some stuff and play notes trying to talk about higher and lower pitch. It was a no go. I think for a tough-to-get-through-to client like this one, something like Wim's idea is required. Thanks for the thought though.
