Yes... well this is one of the many XPservices that are running,,,, and the
thing is... you can turn them off. 

That being said I aggree in sentiment that its kind of a jerk off thing in the
first place to include these kinds of services in the program. Of course the
Network that is being built right under our noses has other purposes then
simply providing an cyber playground for us all..... but you knew that already
didnt you ?
