Hi Terry,

Now, you live in the tropics as I do so you should be able to answer this
question.

How often have you tuned a piano when the interior and exteriors humidity's
are the same when

A: A Dampp-Chaser is fitted ?
B: There is no air-conditioning in the house ?
C: When you really need a fan on because its 80% Hum and in B: ?

I have literary watched pianos go out of tune (and in some cases, go into
tune) just by exposing the piano to the open air with a fan on. So I switch
the fan off, carry a towel around to dry my arms off and (grin) WEAR A THONG
TO KEEP COOL.

Regards,
