List, I just upgraded my Time & Chaos PIM program. $45 original cost and upgrades are free, at least for the last 5 years. I love this software more each day. If your looking for a great way to keep track of your customers and schedule appointments, reminders etc., it is the best. Highly customizable. I also just downloaded their E-mail program which works with Time & Chaos. It seems as well thought out T & C. David I.
