Foam Rubber on Rest Rail?--Terry F.

Some "foam rubber", such as the closed cell neoprene
used as cushioning between prosthesese and amputated
human limb stubs is definitely not "cheap-stuff". (I'd
like to see someone make some hammers from it-just for
fun!)
