I don't know the answer to your questions, but I think I would be correct to say that with reference to Yamaha Corp., the Yamaha dealer likely will not want to advertise that s/he is selling grey market Yamahas. IMHO the dealer has no legal obligation to disclose grey market status to buyer. However, I think a salesperson of high ethics (both of them) would disclose that information.
