Will, Good and experienced responses so far regarding this thread. The dealership I do contract work for has stopped trying to get _anything_ from Gibson in regards to anything Baldwin-related. He feels very slighted, as do most dealerships, or former dealerships. ..but as Jonathan said, that's just the way it is..Gibson bought the assets(?), not the problems.
