I wrote that the damper lift rod would limit the damper lever travel. Maybe I'm off base. Good question. Are we sure one way or another - damper lift rod, or wippen spoon. My guess is that if the sustain pedal is regulated properly - just a bit of play - it would be the rod. But I want to be educated. Anyone?
