Hi ! For Renner actions, you could buy more expensive but readily cut little felts for almost every part (from Renner). Idem for Yamaha but you may be a piano technician. Are you ? I have a "guillotine" (felt or leather cutting tool) to transform strips in little neat parts, you could do that with another method and a felt knife, with a good blade, or any razor sharp tool . Action cloth (whippen heel) are easier to cut after gluing I've find, but others seem to glue it individually. I did not try that method lately.
