Yamaha "soft close"

For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone would "dink" around with
the "mickey mouse" QRS thingee, when you can get the real deal from Yamaha!
I bought one and it was a bit pricey, but not a big deal to install. The
only trick is counter balancing, which takes a bit of time and a little
T&E.<G>
