Hi Terry, I also, could not find any information on the cutting of that hole. I thought I read the second part, and it was not in there. But now I can't find my April issue either. I queried this recently on this list, and only got one reply, I think from Bill Ballard. He just commented on what he thought the method might have been. Hopefully, this second query will result in the definitive answer. I was thinking two drilled holes and a chisel to even the sides. But I don't think that is it. Regards, John M.
