Norway just passed the worlds strictest anti smoking law recently. Total ban on all public smoking. Goes into effect next year tho it remains to see just how they will enforce it with the 3 police officers we have in this country :) Really tho... Smoking rate in Europe is about 30 % as well, tho the news about those tobacco companies didnt really get much air time over here.
